Breakfast or lunch… how about both! 😛. Even before intermittent fasting was a thing, I usually didn’t get around to eating breakfast until 12 PM anyways. Im just not hungry in the morning and feel so much better if I’m not eating all day long. If you’re doing a whole 30, I would totally recommend these carrot noodle nests! If you buy the butternut or carrot noodles pre spiralized, ❤️ it absolutely takes no time at all to prepare! Instructions are down below if ya need it so save and share!

The deets: sauté veggie noodles of choice in ghee until soft. Season with salt and pepper. When cooked, make two piles, hollow out a hole, and crack an egg in each hole. Cover and cook to your liking, around 5-7 min. Serve with arugula, hummus, avocado, and hummus. .
