The best part about cooking is always the leftovers! 😛 I made some cauliflower Alfredo a couple weeks ago just so I could pop it out of the freezer to have it for lunch today. It’s during times like these when shopping the freezer for lunch is your best friend… 🥰 it’s basically how I survive long study days!
I’m going to be doing more Econ work for the rest of the day so I will catch y’all on the flipping flip side. 🤣 This Econ data compilation is currently kicking my behind and I’ll be so ready to be rid of her, ya know! Until then, it’s hibernation time!
