If there’s one thing I’m eating a lot 😍during this quarantine season, it is a lot of lush kale salads with crispy chickpeas and all the pickled toppings. 😛 You can even buy some precrispy chickpeas to make this to even faster. Especially as someone doing research at all hours, I need meals that are quick and easy but also taste halfway delicious. Oh you totally know what I mean!
Gearing up for a busy weekend of getting things ready for next semester. I know right?? I am TAing again so there are several things that need to get done for that 🥶. Wish me luck!
