✨Maple Chili Garlic Roasted Butternut Squash ✨
I know it’s not really butternut squash season… 🙃 but maybe you’re like me and have a lone butternut squash sitting on your counter and you can make this maple chili garlic roasted butternut squash. 😎 I also was bored and made this hasselback style but feel free to keep to chunks.
I served this for lunch on top of hummus with toasted chickpeas, raisins, and almonds. What a feast! 🤩 Save/share the recipe and let me know if you make it. You’re not going to regret it!
The deets: preheat oven to 420 degrees F (215°C). Toss 3 cups cubed butternut squash with 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1.5 tablespoons avocado oil in a large bowl. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until easily pierced with a fork. Serve with hummus, raisins, toasted almonds, and herbs of choice. EAT
