✨Spring Salmon Nicoise Salad Part II ✨
After showing you that photo on Friday 🥳 about an untraditional take on a Niçoise salad, I decided to go the much more traditional route this time and it was BOMB DOT COM. 💣💣💣I glazed the salmon with mustard and added roasted baby potatoes, green beans, capers, feta, and a mustardy dressing. So darn good that I’m ready for spring!
